Skirting board
The 60 x 60 mm angular skirting board in painted wood has the function of covering the expansion space that is left between the floor and the wall. It is installed with screws and pins at a 60 cm nailing pitch. It is possible to make a slotted skirting board in such a way as to permit ventilation and breathability of the substructure, particularly suitable for floors with radiant heating.
Aluminium Ceilings
The anodized aluminium ceilings have the function of connecting the sports floor with the floors of the adjacent rooms. They have a width of 80 mm and a silver-coloured surface with an anodizing cover of about 20 micrometers. Such a material has characteristics of high resistance to oxidation and mechanical pressure.
Rings
To cover the shelter of the single-pole volleyball competition system, it is necessary to install a pair of rings in the floor, with a metal base to be finished on the surface with the same nature as the parquet.
The rings are installed at the level of the flooring by milling, with the use of a pantograph. The lid of the ring is extracted with a supplied suction cup.
To cover the anchors used for fixing some of the sports equipment (soccer or handball doors, poles of the uphill stage, etc.) it is necessary to always install rings with a diameter of 90 mm on the floor, consisting of a metal base and a polished lid with the same nature as the parquet, to be screwed with a special key.
Slides for Parquet fixing and Flooring
The painted plywood slide has the function of connecting the sports parquet with the floors of the adjacent rooms. It consists of coniferous phenolic plywood of suitable section fully painted, coloured in the upper and lower part with water-based paints and coloured in the upper part with red colour. The installation takes place with two-component glue after polishing the floor below for perfect gluing. At the top, the supply and installation of aluminium walkways with a width of 80 mm are carried out.
Vinyl Roll Floor Covers
Vinyl self-laying floor covers are used for a total or partial coverage of the sports floor or halls in order to permit all kinds of activities, from concerts to events of various kinds.
Roll Holder Trolleys
The roll trolley is a suitable solution to meet the safety requirements and at the same time, guarantees a very pleasant aesthetic result.
Carplay panel floor covers
In case of special loads, 1250 X 2500 mm multilayer panels or submultiple panels are available with L-shaped interlocking on all four sides, which superimposed on the parquet, representing a very high mechanical protection, with the possibility of supporting the passage of forklifts in total safety.
